# AML Compliance Actions 2025

The following guidance is intended to help you complete a number of AML compliance actions prior to the 2025 year-end.  The majority of these tasks typically fall under the remit of the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).

1.  Each year you need to completing a **Firm-wide Business Risk Assessment for 2025** and then review and sign-off on the **AML Policy, Controls, and Procedures (PCPs)**

3.  **Client Effectiveness Review**  
    It is a requirement to complete a periodic effectiveness review.
