AML Compliance Actions 2025
The following guidance is intended to help you complete a number of AML compliance actions prior to the 2025 year-end. The majority of these tasks typically fall under the remit of the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
- Each year you need to completing a Firm-wide Business Risk Assessment for 2025 and then review and sign-off on the AML Policy, Controls, and Procedures (PCPs)

- Client Effectiveness Review
It is a requirement to complete a periodic effectiveness review. This needs to be completed independant of the MRLO but not necessarily by an individual who is external to your practice. A simple template for completing this review is available within your AML HQ account.
