Free trial and subscription plans
When you first register for AML HQ you have access to all of our services for a 14-day free trial.
Business Plus and Premium are our two paid subscription plans. Both plans allow you to access all of the AML HQ features, the difference is that under Business Plus you can manage up to 100 clients, while Premium allows you to manage up to 300 clients. There is no restriction on the number of staff users that can register under your account. Register for a free trial via this link.

Under our free-trial, Business Plus and Premium plans, you can onboard customers and complete as many risk assessments and standard identity verifications as required. The additional services are available for opt-in on a per case basis. We have designed our pricing model so that we can keep the costs of our subscription plans competitive and you only pay for advanced services when warranted for high risk or special cases.
Additional services
For example, if you want to go beyond the standard identity verification process you can choose the advanced identity verification option. The advanced identity verification process may be required if you have concerns about an individual or if you require a higher level of assurance regarding their identity or circumstance. Advanced identity verification comes at an additional cost. Learn more about our different identity verification options.
In addition, we offer another convenient service where we automatically retrieve beneficial ownership and control information from the official Government registers (*Currently UK companies only).
We also offers a PEPs and Sanctions screening service. This is an opt-in service and payment is made via the Credits system (1 credit = 5 x individual PEP/Sanction screening checks).
AML HQ credits
The additional services are charged using a credits based system. You can top-up credits in your AML HQ account at a cost of €5.00 per credit. The additional services available are as follows:
- Advanced identity verification (1 Credit)
- 5 x PEP / Sanction checks (1 Credit)
Business Plus plan
Our Business Plus subscription plan operates on a rolling monthly basis and costs €45 plus VAT per month.
Under this plan you have access to all of our standard services and can manage up to 100 clients at any one time. This means that you can onboard 100 clients and conduct as many risk assessments and standard identity verifications for those 100 clients as you wish. If you add and subsequently delete a client, this client is not included in allocated 100 client limit. If you add and then purge client data, the client will be included in yoru 100 client limit.
Additional services are charged based on a per usage basis using the credits system as described above.
Premium plan
Our Premium plan operates on a rolling monthly basis and costs €75 plus VAT per month.
Under this plan you have access to all of our standard services and can manage up to 300 clients at any one time. This means that you can onboard 300 clients and conduct as many risk assessments and standard identity verifications for those 300 clients as you wish. If you add and subsequently delete a client, this client is not included in allocated 100 client limit. If you add and then purge client data, the client will be included in yoru 300 client limit.
Additional services are charged based on a per usage basis using the credits system as described above.
